My name is Laura Moore. I am Bill and Joyce Schulting's older daughter. My parents,David and Elise are all safe and on their way here to Bloomington, In. Their house in OS was completely destroyed. They were in Hattiesburg during the storm with my brother Tim and his family. All weathered well, considering. Those of you who know mom well will appreciate the "happy dance" she did when they found some chocolate yesterday. :-)
Email me at mrsmoore93@bluemarble.net if you are able. Or call 812-825-7870 they are soooo worried about everyone there.
I am so glad to see something still standing in this area. I grew up in the house just to the right of this beautiful church and have wonderful memories of playing in and around this church. We still have old neighbors (the Collins's) in this area that we are not able to contact. Can anyone find out if they are alright? Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you in Biloxi.
Thank you for all the pictures and comments on FPC in Biloxi. My husband, Alton, was both a deacon and an elder in the church, which we attended from 1956 to 1965. We were there when first the fellowship hall and then the sanctuary was built. Our son, Steve, made his confession of faith there, and our son Stan was baptized there. Our hearts are with you. Now if I could just get you to pan a little to the Right and take a picture of the house next to the FPC. (although I know in my heart it is gone.)

My grandfather was the architect who designed your church. I'm very happy it's still standing. Thank you for the photos.
