The skid steer was cool but the excavator was incredible.
I feel like a little kid who just spent the day playing with the toy(s) he always wanted.
I may not sleep thinking about it.

Hi Batch, Paxton would be jealous! He loves to rent the big toys. We were in Bay St.Louis for a long memorial day weekend at a church that houses volunteers while you guys were out of town, but we're coming back later in the summer. I can't believe how far it is from "back to normal" down there. Was this your house? I don't know if the image will show, but we were looking at some of the places Paxton got to work on last October and this lot looked like what we've seen on your blog. Congrats on continued progress!

You just lived Jack and Jeb's wildest dream! If only they had been down there to ride with Batch on the big "snorts" (as they call them). How fun!
Don't tell Philip. He still tells everyone about the time I wouldn't let him buy a weedwacker.
